Where will my massage take place?
At Sapphire Moon, we encourage a relaxing professional environment. Each massage room offers a warm, quiet and peaceful space to receive your therapy. We also provide relaxing music, or you may bring your own CD.

What do I wear? Must I be completely undressed?
Massage therapy is traditionally performed with the client fully unclothed. As a client, you decide what you are comfortable with.

At Sapphire Moon, we utilize proper draping techniques with sheets and towels. Although you will be unclothed, you will be covered at all times to maintain modesty.

We also step out of the room while you undress and lie on the massage table.

What areas are massaged during ½ hour and 1 hour massages?
A ½ hour massage usually consists of your neck, shoulders and back. A 1 hour massage is approximately your full body.

Do you use oils?
Yes, at Sapphire Moon, we use high quality peanut and olive oils, or a combination of oils. We do have a variety of oils and creams, therefore, if you are allergic to a certain substance, please let us know and we will find something appropriate to use during your massage.

What should I do during a massage?
This is your time! You do what you find to be relaxing. Some people just close their eyes and relax; others enjoy talking to their therapist. Some people are nervous about getting a massage, therefore we encourage you to make yourself comfortable and ask questions if you have any.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, we do offer gift certificates. For your convenience, we are able to sell gift certificates by phone order with a valid credit card.
